Amendments 1 and 2 require a simple voter majority before the School District can relocate a school or sell land.

More than five years into the Middle School Project, during this May 5, 2022 Community Outreach Presentation, Business Administrator Jack Dunn claims Rundlett sits in the middle of 10-11 acres, of which only six are buildable because of 3 acres of wetlands. He also states that the site doesn't meet size requirements. He's wrong and the School Board members didn't question this information, which means they were basing a community-changing decision on faulty information.

Rundlett Middle School sits on 19.85 acres.

The wetland portion of Rundlett is 1.2 acres

Even if you exclude the areas with vegetation, there are still 18.2 buildable acres.
